How do I register?

Who can use Audi on demand?

Before you can use the service, you must first register as a member of the Audi on demand program. You must be aged 25 or older with a valid driving license (P licenses will not be accepted) under Hong Kong law with at least 2 years driving experience to use the service. All payments must be made with a VISA, MasterCard or American Express credit card.

How do I register for Audi on demand?

Registrations to Audi on demand can be made through the Audi on demand website audiondemand.com.hk and it only takes a couple of minutes:
1) Fill out the online registration form with your driving license information.
2) Verify your email address by clicking on the link you will receive.
3) Log in to Audi on demand and complete all required fields under the “My Account” section
4) In order to book an Audi on demand vehicle, please add your credit card information to your account.

Please make sure to bring your ID, driving license and proof of address to every vehicle handover for verification and recording purposes.

Reservations

Do I have to register for Audi on demand to be able to reserve and use a vehicle?

We invite you to take a look at our current Audi on demand fleet on our website. However, it is necessary to register on the website in order to book and use vehicles. You will then be granted access to your personal Audi on demand log in and booking area.

Where can I pick up and return Audi on demand vehicles?

Audi on demand vehicles are available at different locations in Hong Kong. You can find details on our website, audiondemand.com.hk. You will find details on how to get to your pick up location in your booking confirmation email. Please always return the car to the location where you picked it up.

Can I change where I pick up or return the vehicle?

At this time, we can only support bookings of vehicles shown in the specific location. However, if you would like to request a special arrangement, please call us at +852 3665 9380 and, we will do our best to help.

Do I need to book in advance?

You are required to reserve 2 hours prior your ideal pick-up time at any of our locations within the operating hours to collect an available vehicle. You can book with Audi on demand up to 60 days in advance which allows you to plan ahead.

What is the minimum and maximum booking period?

You can reserve your Audi on demand vehicle for a minimum of 6 hour and a maximum of 30 consecutive days.

When can I pick up and return the Audi on demand vehicle?

Pick up and return times are connected to your chosen booking location and must be within their operating hours, which can be found on our website. It is always possible to return the vehicle earlier than your given booking end time, as long as you return it within the operating hours of the booking location. However, the remainder of the paid rental fee will not be refundable.

Will I receive the car I have reserved?

What you see is what you get. You will receive exactly the car you have reserved. Of course, changes can occur in exceptional cases. If this does happen, we will contact you in good time and offer you an alternative.

Can I change the car model after I have made the reservation?

You can change the Audi model by canceling your existing reservation and making a new one with your desired Audi on demand vehicle. However, our Refund Policy will still be in place when a reservation is canceled. Can I get a personal introduction to the vehicle?

The Audi on demand team is available upon request to give you a personal introduction to the vehicle. This is optional and free of charge. Please call us at +852 3665 9380 or send us an email to contact.aod@audi-klm.com.hk to schedule an individual appointment.

Can someone else drive the vehicle I book?

We are sorry for the restriction, but the driver must be the person making the booking.

Where can I see my confirmed reservation?

You can check your reservation status by logging into your account. Click on “My bookings” and you will see your active, future and past bookings in chronological order.

How do I change or cancel a reservation?

What is included?

How do you charge?

The booking price depends on your usage period and the Audi on demand vehicle selected. During the booking process the available vehicles are always shown with the total price for your selected booking period. The rate is composed by the hourly or the daily price whichever is less. When you reserve a vehicle for multiple days, the hourly and daily booking price is reduced for most of our models.

The booking starts when the car key is scanned during the handover process and ends when the car key is scanned after return.

You are always be able to check your current booking price in the active booking screen.

What costs are included in the price of my booking?

Your reservation includes your chosen Audi model for the time and dates that you have booked, unlimited mileage, 24- hour Roadside Assistance and motor vehicle insurance. Please refer to your Rental Agreement for further information.

Is fuel included?

No, Customers may refuel the vehicle to the same fuel level upon picking up the vehicle. If Member chooses not to refuel the vehicle to the same fuel level, they will be charged the local pump price, including administrative fees. Please refer to our Car Rental Agreement for further details.

Are there mileage limitations?

No, all Audi on demand vehicles come with unlimited mileage.

How are Audi on demand vehicles insured?

The price for use of the vehicle includes insurance. We can provide further details of the insurance policy upon request. Please contact the Audi on demand team at contact.aod@audi-klm.com.hk. Conditions, restrictions and exclusions apply. Please refer to the Car Rental Agreement and the Membership Agreement for further details. Terms of coverage including limits and deductibles are subject to change. Audi on demand reserves the right to amend the Membership Agreement, Car Rental Agreement and other agreements accordingly.

What costs are excluded from the price of my booking?

Parking costs, fuel cost, toll fees when you are driving through a tunnel; speeding or illegal parking tickets; damage to the car not covered by the insurance policy or the Vehicle Recovery Fee will not be covered by Audi on demand. Please refer to your Car Rental Agreement for further information.

Please also note that you will be charged for losing or damaging -- whether permanently or not -- any of the provided accessories, such as the car key, or children's seats.

Pick-up and return

How do I pick up my Audi on demand vehicle?

You can pick up your reserved Audi from the location which you have selected for your booking. The detailed address can be found in your booking confirmation email. Just approach the front desk and present your reservation code. Our Audi on demand team will validate your reservation and handover the vehicle to you. You can pick up your Audi with a delay of up to 30 minutes. This is visualised as a countdown on the confirmed booking screen.

What happens if I’m delayed on the way to collect my car?

If you think you may be held up, just let us know as soon as possible by calling +852 3665 9380.

Please note, that if you are more than 30 minutes late, your reservation code will be expired and we will be unable to handover the vehicle to you without re-booking.

Do I have to check the Audi before driving it?

Yes, if any accessory is missing or if you notice any damage to the vehicle or any other issue at the time of pick-up, please inform the Audi on demand team during the handover process.

How do I return my Audi?

Please make sure to return the car at the pick-up location before the end of your booking. Please return the key to our Audi on demand team to end your booking.

If a member of the Audi on demand team has to return the vehicle to the pickup and return location, you will be charged a “Vehicle Recovery Fee.” Please refer to our Car Rental Agreement for further details.

What should I do if I am not able to return the vehicle in time?

If you think you may be held up, just let us know as soon as possible by calling +852 3665 9380.

When will my credit card be charged?

We will debit the credit card registered on your account when your booking is being made and also a deposit charge will be made when you pick-up the vehicle. At the end of each booking, you may be charged for any extra rental fee if the vehicle is returned later than the booking time. Afterwards, you will receive an invoice via email with the summary of your booking and the total price being charged.

Please be aware we might send you a second invoice in case of damages or other charges.

How far can I go?

Please stay within Hong Kong SAR. Cross border trips are not allowed.

What fuel is required?

Please only refuel petrol from legal filling stations in Hong Kong.

Am I allowed to smoke in the vehicle?

No, smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles. It is our utmost desire to provide vehicles in the best condition to our Audi on demand members. If you do smoke in our vehicles, there will be an additional charge of up to HK$5,000, which includes additional cleaning services and a de-fleet charge for the car during the cleaning process, as we will need to pull the car out of the fleet. These charges will be added to your invoice.

Can I allow my pet inside the vehicle?

Yes, you are allowed to bring your pets inside the vehicle as long as they stay within a carrier. We also ask you to come prepared with your own backseat cover to ensure proper protection of your pet and the vehicle. Please note there will be an extra charge added to your invoice if we have to take additional measures to clean/repair the vehicle due to your pet.

What should I do if the vehicle isn’t working properly?

Please stop the vehicle in a safe location and contact the 24-hour Audi on demand team on +852 3665 9380 for assistance.

What should I do if I’m in an accident?

1. Stop — no matter how minor the collision — in a safe, well-lit area.
2. In case of injury, call 999. Ask for an ambulance if necessary.
3. Follow the accident steps list in the glove box.
4. Contact the Audi on demand team immediately at +852 3665 9380.
